Search entries
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Washington County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policies govern its handling of a query.
Messages sent to us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and supplied contact details as needed to respond. We do not share a message outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Normal web systems and analytics tools may record technical details when a page loads, including:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring site, when available
- Date and time stamps
Cookies

Some advertising providers may use their own technology to measure activity across different websites and select interest-based ads. That tracking occurs on the provider's systems, not as a Washington County Released Inmates record.

Visitors Under Eighteen
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted personal data may use the Contacts page to request deletion.
